IPPB Vacancy 2025: India Post Payments Bank (IPPB) has invited applications for the positions of Assistant Manager and Junior Associate. A total of 309 positions will be filled through this recruitment process. Eligible and interested candidates can apply online by visiting the bank's official website,ippbonline.com.
This recruitment process includes 110 Assistant Manager positions and 199 Junior Associate positions. The application process began today, November 11, 2025. Candidates have until December 1, 2025, to complete the application form.
Who can apply?
Junior Associate: There are a total of 199 positions for Junior Associates. Candidates must be a graduate in any discipline. Applicants must be between 20 and 32 years of age (as of November 1, 2025). This position requires three years of experience in the relevant field after graduation. This should be in Levels 4, 5, and 6 (Group C & B) of the CDA pay scale, and experience will be considered in Levels 4, 5, and 6 (Employee Category) of the IDA pay scale.
Assistant Manager: There are 110 Assistant Manager positions. Candidates must be graduates in any discipline, and the age limit is 20 to 35 years. The required experience for this position is 5 years at CDA Level 7, 3 years at IDA Levels E-1 and E-0, and 3 years at Level 8.
Application Fee
To apply for this position, candidates must pay an application fee of ₹750.
How will the selection process be conducted?
The shortlist of candidates will be prepared based on their graduation percentage. However, the bank reserves the right to conduct online tests, group discussions, or interviews if necessary.
If two candidates have the same marks, preference will be given based on their age, i.e., the older candidate.
Candidates must provide the correct percentage of their graduation marks up to two decimal places. The percentage must be calculated by dividing the total marks of all subjects (including Honors/Optional/Additional subjects) by the maximum marks. This cannot be rounded off.
If only GPA/CGPA grades are given and not percentages, they must be converted to percentages as per the university's formula. Applications providing incorrect percentages will be rejected.
NOC: A No Objection Certificate from the parent organization is mandatory at the time of application. This must include:
Details of any penalties imposed in the last five years.
Vigilance Clearance Certificate from the competent authority.
Relieving from duty within 30 days of selection.
If the NOC does not meet these conditions, the application will be rejected before the merit list is prepared.
