- Age Limit: Applicants must be between 20 and 28 years of age as on April 1, 2025 (i.e., born between April 2, 1997, and April 1, 2005, inclusive).
- Educational Qualification: Candidates must hold a graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized university or possess an equivalent qualification recognized by the Central Government.
- Candidates pursuing an Integrated Dual Degree (IDD) must ensure the date of passing falls on or before December 31, 2025.
- Final-year/semester students are eligible to apply provisionally, subject to submission of proof of graduation by December 31, 2025.
