Dates and Walnut Laddu
To make these laddus, you will need dates - 1 cup, walnuts - 1/2 cup, raisins - 1/4 cup, cardamom powder - 1/2 teaspoon. To make it, first put dates and walnuts in a mixer and grind them coarsely. After grinding, add raisins and cardamom powder and mix well. Now make small laddus from this mixture. Date laddus are ready. Now store it in the fridge.
Ragi Barfi
If you do not want to make Khoya Barfi, then this is a better option. For this, you will need Ragi flour - 1 cup, jaggery - 3/4 cup, coconut (grated) - 1/2 cup, ghee - 2 tablespoons. To make Ragi Barfi, first heat ghee in a pan and add ragi flour and fry it. When it is roasted properly, it will start giving off fragrance. Now, melt the jaggery and add it to the flour. After this, add grated coconut and mix it. Ragi barfi is ready.
Dry fruits and raisin bar
It will look like a kind of chocolate. To make it, you will need almonds, cashews, raisins, walnuts - 1 cup, jaggery honey - 2 tablespoons. To make it, first of all, grind dry fruits and raisins coarsely. After this, mix honey and melted jaggery in it. After mixing all the things well, spread the mixture in the tray and let it set. Just serve it after it cools down.
Moong Dal Halwa
To make this moong dal halwa, you will need jaggery instead of sugar. Apart from jaggery, take out moong dal - 1 cup, milk - 2 cups, jaggery - 1/2 cup, ghee - 2 tablespoons in advance. Now, soak this moong dal and grind it. After grinding, roast the roasted lentils in some hot ghee. When it is roasted well, add milk to it and cook till it thickens. When it is cooked, finally mix jaggery in it. The halwa is ready.

Gram flour and jaggery laddus
If you want to make healthy gram flour laddus, then you will need gram flour - 1 cup, jaggery - 3/4 cup, ghee - 2 tablespoons, cardamom powder - 1/2 teaspoon. To make it, first roast the gram flour in ghee. Now melt the jaggery and mix it in the gram flour. Add the rest of the things to it as well. If you want, you can use cashew nuts and almonds. Now when the mixture cools down, make laddus from it.
