A delightful video of a Korean man teaching Bhojpuri phrases to children is gaining massive attention online for its unique and heartwarming cultural exchange. The clip, shared by content creator Yechan C. Lee on Instagram, has already garnered over 6 lakh views and continues to win hearts across social media platforms.
In the video, Lee shares his experience of interacting with Korean children while introducing them to one of India’s most vibrant regional languages. “Had a lovely opportunity to share my journey as a YouTube creator with Korean kids and also make a short video teaching them Bhojpuri,” he wrote in the caption.
The video features an on-screen text that humorously reads: “How to four basic conversations in India.” It kicks off with Lee enthusiastically teaching the kids how to greet someone for the first time.
“We say hello. In India, we say ‘Ka ho?’” he explains, as the children happily repeat the phrase.
He goes on to teach the next level of interaction — greeting someone you already know. “When we meet the same person again, we say, ‘Ka haal ba?’” he says, guiding the children through the pronunciation.
Next comes the response: “When we have to reply, we say, ‘Thik ba,’” Lee says, encouraging the students to join in.

Finally, he introduces the Bhojpuri phrase for goodbye: “How do we say goodbye in India? Khush raho,” he says with a smile, and the children joyfully echo his words.
Netizens’ Reactions
Viewers flooded the comment section with praise, appreciating Lee’s effort to bridge cultural gaps in such an engaging and respectful way.
One user wrote, 'In Bihar, we say it like that, but since there are many languages, maybe use Hindi or Hindi with a Bihari accent instead.' Another commented, 'Bro is representing peak Indians on an international level,' while a third added humorously, 'Now we need K-pop and K-dramas dubbed in Bhojpuri!' Echoing the sentiment, one more user praised, 'Bro, you're actually teaching the Bhojpuri language!'”
