While Saiyaara has surprised one and all with its collection, one more film that has surpassed everyone's expectations is the animated Mythological film, Mahavatar Narsimha. The movie started on a slow note at the box office, but because of positive reviews and amazing word of mouth, Mahavatar Narsimha showed an exceptional jump at the box office.
It is a pan-India film and has been released in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and Malayalam. The film during its first week minted Rs. 44.75 crore (all languages).
During its second weekend, the film showed a fantastic jump at the box office and collected Rs. 46.20 crore (all languages). On its day 11, Mahavatar Narsimha collected Rs. 7.35 crore (all languages), taking the total to Rs. 98.30 crore.
As per early estimates, the movie on Monday will collect around Rs. 6-7 crore, which means it will enter the Rs. 100 crore club, and the collection can be around Rs. 105 crore.

If we just look at the Hindi collection of Mahavatar Narsimha, the flm during its second weekend, collected Rs. 34.50 crore which is much more than the new release Son Of Sardaar 2. The Ajay Devgn starrer just collected Rs. 24.75 crore.
