Mumbai: The promoter family of Blue Jet Healthcare has made a series of high-value real estate purchases in Mumbai’s upscale Worli locality, acquiring three luxury residential units for a cumulative value exceeding Rs 202 crore.
Promoter Akshay Arora Buys Two Palais Royale Units for ₹114 Crore
Property registration documents accessed by Zapkey, reveal that on May 3, 2025, Akshay Bansarilal Arora, a promoter of Blue Jet Healthcare, bought two adjacent units—Unit 64 and Unit 65—in the super-luxury skyscraper Palais Royale from Honest Shelters Private Limited.
Each unit measures 712.75 sq m (7,669 sq ft) and comes with five car parking spaces. Both transactions were executed for Rs 57.14 crore each, totalling over Rs 114 crore.
Shiven Arora Purchases Raheja Artesia Apartment for ₹88 Crore
In a separate deal on July 28, 2025, Shiven Akshay Arora purchased a sprawling apartment at Raheja Artesia, another premium Worli address, from Tanya Tayal for Rs 88.03 crore. The apartment spans 7,747 sq ft and includes six car parking slots.
