AI-based content creation platform Trupeer.AI has secured $3 Mn (INR 25.8 Cr) in a seed funding round led by RTP Global, with participation from Salesforce Ventures and a clutch of undisclosed angel investors.

The freshly raised capital will be deployed to expand marketing footprint across US, Europe and other nations, Trupeer cofounder and chief executive Shivali Goyal told Inc42.

Goyal further added that the other focus is to continuously evolve the product as Trupeer aims to explore beyond creating different kinds of videos and guides, by adding new formats, while also strengthening its AI capabilities and investing in engineering.

Founded in 2024 by Goyal and Pritish Gupta, Trupeer is an artificial intelligence-powered video creation platform that enables its clients to create high-quality guide or demo videos.

The company employs AI to remove filler words, generate studio-quality voiceovers, add intelligent zooms and subtitles, track cursor actions, and insert a human-like AI avatar for a more engaging delivery.

Further, Trupeer also automatically generates step-by-step documentation with screenshots and summaries, giving users everything they need to explain a product clearly, instantly, and at scale.

The startup generates revenue through its subscription plans, which essentially starts from $49 (INR 4,205).

The Bengaluru-based company claims that its platform is currently used by 10,000 teams globally across customer success, IT, sales, and product functions.

Trupeer competes with platforms such as InVideo and Hypergro.ai.

The development comes at a time when AI remains the flavour of the season. According to Inc42’s half-yearly investor survey, early and growth stage investors are most bullish on AI startups, which are likely to attract significant capital in H2 2025.

India’s AI startup ecosystem has grown rapidly, with over $1.5 Bn raised by native startups between 2022 and Q1 2025, as per GenAI, AI Agents & The Future Of Startups, Report 2025, where India’s AI market is expected to surpass over $17 Bn by 2030.

In July alone, semiconductor design-focussed GenAI startup Maieutic Semiconductor bagged $4.2 Mn in its seed funding round, AI-powered analytics platform GobbleCube raised $3.5 Mn in its pre-Series A funding round, and regulatory compliance startup Zango AI secured $4.8 Mn in a seed funding round.
