Spice Haat at Hyatt Regency Chennai is set to host the fourth edition of its beloved regional food celebration — “Ghar ka Khana: Season 4”, a month-long culinary pop-up that brings the comfort and authenticity of Indian coastal home kitchens to your plate.
Curated in collaboration with Soul on the Plate, this season focuses on the rich, diverse flavors of India’s coastal micro-cuisines, spotlighting home-style cooking that has been passed down through generations.
Each weekend of July will showcase a new regional cuisine:
· 4th & 5th July – Midnapore (West Bengal)
· 11th & 12th July – Kanyakumari (Tamil Nadu)
· 18th & 19th July – Visakhapatnam (Andhra Pradesh)
· 25th & 26th July – Mangaluru (Karnataka)
Three reasons not to miss it:
1. Coastal Flavor at Its Finest – Dive into the depth and diversity of India’s vibrant coastal belt.
2. 5 Signature Dishes Each Weekend – Enjoy a handpicked selection of five dishes that define each region.
3. Authentic, Home-Style Cooking – Recipes crafted by home chefs and culinary custodians for that nostalgic, heartwarming taste.
“We’re thrilled to present Season 4 of Ghar ka Khana, this time focusing on India’s extraordinary coastal culinary map,” said Mr. Ruban Das, General Manager at Hyatt Regency Chennai. “It’s more than food – it’s storytelling through flavors, traditions, and memories.”
Join us at Spice Haat every weekend this July and rediscover the soulful simplicity of Ghar ka Khana – where heritage meets hospitality.
