In the upcoming instalment of 22 Kids and Counting, Chloe Radford, one of Sue and Noel's oldest children, will endure a frightening ordeal during her second pregnancy.
The show, which recently honoured their late friend, is scheduled to broadcast this Sunday on Channel 5, and will witness the 29-year-old carrying on at the factory whilst describing her exhaustion.
In a voiceover, she can be heard declaring: "I think in your second pregnancy it's more draining. I'm knackered!"

Her mum, Sue Radford, then features in the preview, telling audiences that Chloe is persisting to work just as intensely as previously, despite her state.
She remarked: "When you're pregnant, your body is going through such a massive thing. Your body tells you when you need to slow down."
At one moment, viewers witness Noel driving Chloe, who abruptly informs her father she's feeling unwell, causing him to stop as she exits the car, reports the Manchester Evening News
Yet, matters become alarming when someone is spotted rushing as a series of clips rapidly flash on screen, with some showing her in hospital.
A voice asks Chloe what's the matter, to which she responds: "It doesn't feel like he's moving."

Before the teaser concludes, ambulance wails can be heard, suggesting that the Channel 5 star is being rushed to hospital to examine her unborn child.
Fortunately, everything appeared fine as Chloe posted on social media in April this year to reveal the arrival of her second baby, Bodhi Reign.
The Channel 5 celebrity has been keeping her fans updated on her life as a mum of two, sharing posts about family camping trips, days out and celebrating her eldest child's third birthday.
Chloe welcomed her first child, a darling girl named Mila, in 2022. She posted a photo of herself with the newborn and her partner, Jacob.
She captioned the picture at the time: "23rd July 2022 [sic] our beautiful daughter made her entrance into the world and we are in the biggest baby love bubble you can imagine.
"6lb 2oz of pure perfection, and I can't quite believe she is ours. I am just so in love with her."
22 Kids and Counting is available to watch on Channel 5 this Sunday from 8pm.
