Chris Eubank Jr rant in full as he accuses Eddie Hearn of sabotaging ambulance

Chris Eubank Jr sensationally accused Eddie Hearn of stopping him leaving for hospital after his victory over Conor Benn.

Eubank Jr was suffering from dehydration after edging his brutal 12-round war with Benn in April. He spent two nights under medical supervision in a bed next to his rival before being discharged. The sons of legends will meet again at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on November 15.

And Eubank Jr aimed a series of extraordinary accusations at Hearn as he came face to face with Benn last night. "If you speak to that side of the table, Eddie Hearn will tell the world Conor Benn is the people's champion... wow, that is incredible," he said.

"One thing I know for sure is that Conor Benn put on a great fight, he went out there and did what I didn't expect him to do. But I'm going to tell you right here and now you're no champion, you're no people's champion so get that out of your head.

"These men are not men of the people, they are pretending to be men of the people, they are wolves in sheep's clothing if you like. They will cut corners, break any rules they can to get ahead; they are immoral and without restraint.

"They did everything they could to try and destroy me in this last fight; contract breaches, fines, rehydration clauses, they sabotaged the weigh-in, [there was] biased commentary and refereeing, the list goes on.

"And on fight night they blocked my team from coming to the stadium for 30 mins. When I arrived they had security walking in front of my car trying to slow me down and make me wait. It's incredible the levels these guys will stoop to.

"I finally get into the stadium and they sent idiots to try and disrupt me in my changing room, but we go outside and I win the fight. After the fight, due to severe dehydration, I'm put in an ambulance and I have to go to hospital. I was so dehydrated, one of the toenails on my big toe fell off.

"I'm in the ambulance and these scumbags blocked that ambulance from leaving the stadium for 20 mins. We were locked in for 20 minutes, I'm lying there in a gurney with an oxygen mask on, the car cant move because they won't open the gates to let us leave.

"If this was a serious injury I'd sustained... that 20 minutes could have been the difference between life and death. While this was happening, Eddie Hearn and Conor Benn were talking to the media, lying about me having a broken jaw."

A stunned Hearn, who promotes Benn, vowed to take immediate legal action. Asked if he plans to sue, he said: "Abso-f***ing-lutley. It won’t be tomorrow morning, it’ll be in five minutes... you can’t do that. What he doesn’t know, there is a log on fight night for the paramedics, it’s there in black and white.

"He’ll be making an apology, or we’ll be taking legal action, I can’t have this. I take this personally. That’s my life, our reputation is second to none... making up s*** like that.

"An apology shouldn’t be enough, but that’s not my style, some would go for the jugular, right now, but he won’t apologise, he’s arrogant."
