A Gogglebox favourite has returned after being missing from the programme.
The cherished Channel 4 show was back on Friday evening (September 12) for another instalment of its current series.
Back to share their views on the week's television were fan favourites Jenny and Lee, the Malones, Giles and Mary, Ellie and Izzi, David and Shirley, Amira and Amani, Pete and Sophie and Abbie and Georgia. Fresh faces also appeared, including sisters Susie and Rosie.

During the episode, the cast shared their thoughts on telly's biggest and best shows, including Emmerdale and The Inheritance, reports the Manchester Evening News. Moreover, cherished Siddiqui family member Sid returned after missing last week's programme.
Viewers were delighted to see him back on their screens. One person wrote on X: "Glad to see the Siddiquis father back this week, bit worried he's been absent." Another commented: "Same here." A third added: "Thank god Sid is back - I've been worried all week."
The Siddiqui household became famous when he appeared in Gogglebox's debut series in 2013. Throughout the years, Sid has been accompanied by his two sons, Umar and Raza, on the sofa.

His wife, Nasreen, has never featured on the programme. And it's safe to say they quickly won over audiences as firm favourites with viewers.
Throughout the years, the Siddiquis - who reside in Derby - have left fans in hysterics with their brilliant quips and amusing commentary on television's finest moments.
Nevertheless, one prominent pair absent from this series are Glasgow twosome Roisin Kelly and Joe Kyle. They disclosed earlier this year that they had been axed from the programme.

In a heartfelt social media message, she penned: "After three and a half years of sitting on the sofa Channel 4 have decided it's time for Joe and I to stretch our legs and have not asked us back for season 26.
"Therefore we are leaving the Gogglebox family. Time to watch TV in silence for a bit and put down the popcorn."
Gogglebox airs every Friday at 9pm on Channel 4.
