Mum-of-five Katie Price, 47, has revealed she plans to have "lots more babies" despite currently heading towards the menopause.

The two-time I'm a Celebrity star admits her "eggs are fu**ed" but she can still carry a baby so has options when it comes to expanding her brood.

Katie is already mother to five children; Harvey Price, 23, from her romance with footballer Dwight Yorke, Junior, 20 and Princess Andre, 20, whose father is Peter Andre, and Bunny, 11, and Jett Hayler, 10, who were born during her marriage to Kieran Hayler.

At the start of this year, Channel 4 viewers watched as Katie ended her in vitro fertilisation (IVF) journey on a TV show saying she felt "exhausted" with romance, after she and her former fiancé Carl Woods split prior to Katie Price: Making Babies airing.

The model and TV personality was told on the programme that she has a "couple" of eggs that can be collected, her hormone count is very low, and that she is "moving towards the menopause" by gynaecologist Carole Gilling-Smith in the Channel 4 documentary.

But speaking on stage in Fleetwood on Saturday night, Katie seemed optimistic about her chances of becoming a mother again. The plucky star was performing - and vaping - at the Marine Hall alongside pal Kerry Katona for the first leg of their country-wide tour.

After spilling some tea on stage, including taking a cheeky swipe at her ex-husband Peter's managerand opening up about their battles with mental health, Katie and Kerry finished their opening night show with a Q&A from the audience.

After the moderator asked 'can you help me with my perimenopausal symptoms' on behalf on fan Emma, Katie shared: "I’m going through it. I had a blood test - so I still want more kids - but my eggs are fu**ed now to cut a long story short, it happens to all of us.

“And I get the cold sweats at night when you wake up soaking wet and it's no smell, it's it's different and that's normally when your period is."

"Just because your eggs are old and they won't really give you like a baby. I can still carry a baby, so there's still ways that I can have babies and I will have more. I wanna keep having more until my. I'll have as many as I can still, and I will, so you’ve heard it, I'm gonna have lots of babies."

During the two-part show Katie Price: Making Babies, filmed in 2023, the doctor successfully harvests two eggs, and Katie is told one egg has been fertilised, before she finds out that it is unsuccessful, and she is not pregnant.

This is when cracks in her relationship with former Love Island star Carl Woods begin to show, and Katie says she is concerned that opting for a donor egg will leave him unhappy - something he denies.

It is later revealed that Carl ended the relationship, with the salesman expressing upset at Katie's "mood swings", and the distance between them, living in different areas of the UK. He called it the "hardest decision" and said "I have done everything I can do, the only last thing is to walk away".
