Oasis frontman Liam Gallagher launched a foul mouthed rant at Edinburgh Council after comments made during a briefing meeting were exposed.
Members of Edinburgh Council were revealed saying that fans of the band will be mainly "middle aged men" who "take up more room." The meeting was meant to be in secret ahead of the band's concert in the Scottish city.
So it may explain why Liam walked out to a packed stadium at Murrayfield Stadium and had quite a few harsh words to express. It comes after Paul Weller reveals the unusual reason he refuses to watch Oasis concerts.

Taking a swipe at the council members, he labelled them as "f*****g s***s." It has been 16 years since Oasis performed in Scotland.
Liam went on to add that he was "still waiting for an apology," from the particular council members.
Taking to the stage in Murrayfield, Edinburgh last night, Liam said: "What about Edinburgh council, the f****** slags.
"The amount of money we’re going to bring in, they’ll split with their posh, ugly mates. Still waiting for a f****** apology."
He added: "What's happening in Edinburgh then? What's all that thick s***. People juggling f*****g bollocks and that? Swallowing swords ...one-legged bicycles. What's all that s*t about? S****y card tricks."
According to The Sun, the exposed comments were revealed under the freedom of information law which also stated that it was expected the fans be "medium to high intoxication" and a "substantial amount of older fans" to be among the crowd.
The publication stated that the briefing said: "There is concern about crowds . . . as they are already rowdy . . . and the tone of the band." It added: "Middle-aged men take up more room. Consider this when working out occupancy."
There was reportedly concern that well known acts will pull out of the city's arts festival due to "rowdy" concert-goers.
The briefing added: "Concerned about the safety of the Fringe and its performers. Many performers are considering not attending for that weekend."
Liam wasn't alone in his anger over the council's comments as a member of the Oasis Collectors Group, David Walker said: "To call fans drunk, middle-aged, and fat is a nasty, sneering stereotype — it’s a jaundiced view. People want to have a great time. If reports of councillors’ drunken parties are anything to go by, they’d be better keeping their opinions to themselves."
He added: "The fanbase has changed a lot - there's a new generation of young fans for a start, and parents are wanting to introduce their kids to Oasis for the first time. If reports of Edinburgh councillors' drunken parties are anything to go by, then they'd be better keeping their opinions to themselves."
He continued: "The return of Oasis will be hugely exciting for the city - everyone just needs to roll with it."
