Marcus Rashford has broken his silence on social media following reports he was dropped by Barcelona manager Hansi Flick for disciplinary reasons. The England forward moved to the Catalan giants on a season-long loan deal from Manchester United during the summer transfer window.
Barcelona are covering his entire salary and holding a £26million purchase option for the Old Trafford academy product. The 27-year-old has displayed encouraging form in recent outings, providing an assist in the clash with Valencia before finding the net twice against Newcastle United in Champions League action.
But the striker found himself relegated to the substitutes' bench for Barca's La Liga fixture on Sunday night.

According to The Athletic, Rashford was benched after arriving late to training on matchday.
Flick is well-known for his strict policy of refusing to start players who arrive late to training sessions or team meetings.
Rashford now appears to have joined a growing list including Raphinha, Jules Kounde and Inaki Pena, who have all suffered similar punishment.

The forward has now taken to Instagram after making a substitute appearance on Sunday night.
"+3 points, vamos equipo (let's go team)," he wrote, posting alongside an image of himself in action during the Getafe match.
When questioned about his decision to bench Rashford at the weekend, Barcelona boss Flick said: "For Rashford, it's normal not to play, matches are every three or four days. We have to manage his minutes.
"You saw that with Fermin. He played many minutes, and we have to take that into account. We got three points, 3-0. Everything is great. We must focus on our game.
"We scored three goals, and it's not always easy to score three goals against a strong team.
"I don't want to talk about the opponent, I want to talk about my team. We must focus on our game and our plan."
