Mo Gilligan welcomes first child with fiancée weeks after secret son claims

Comedian Mo Gilligan has reportedly welcomed his first child with model fiancée Taia Tulher. The Masked Singer judge and his fiancée Taia welcomed their newborn baby a few weeks back.

Thecouple recently got engaged,with Mo getting down on one knee last month. The news of their engagement came just after it was claimed that Mo had a secret son with his ex Selina Christoforou.

"Mo and Taia have their baby and are in a bubble of bliss. She gave birth quite a few weeks ago now and she has been getting back to normal life," a source said. The pair were seen at London Fashion Week together, and there was no sign of Taia's bump.

"They are keeping their baby’s gender and name for just close friends and family but they’ve been sharing the news of the baby’s arrival with people now. Mo and Taia couldn’t be happier," the source added to The Sun.

It comes after claims by his ex Selina Christoforou, who posted an explosive video on TikTok where she claimed he already has a child but is a "deadbeat dad". Selina had said she knows how few times the star has met his son Rudi and insisted you "can't make someone be a dad". Mo stayed silent on the claims,he appeared to hit back at Selina with a post featuring Rudi.

A source previously said of Mo and Taia's engagement: "Mo went the full nine yards in proposing to Taia but kept quiet about it publicly. They have been telling friends that they are engaged and everyone is really happy for them.

"He and Taia are so in love and really excited to be starting a family together. They already live together in London so it felt like the natural next step to get engaged."

Selina hit out at Mo in a viral post as she fumed: "I just finally posted on Instagram about my son's dad so for your information, if you don't follow my Instagram I don't blame you. Um, Mo Gilligan is his dad. Very much in quotation marks."

A source added at the time that Mo sees the baby "semi-regularly". The insider said: "She found out she was pregnant in May 2023 and it was quite a shock for them both because they’d been fairly careful.

"But she wanted to have the baby, despite the fact they weren’t actually a couple. She adores their son and Mo sees him semi-regularly. Now he’s about to become a dad for a second time and he’s over the moon. He has been with Taia for quite a long time now and he feels ready to settle down."
