Olivia Attwood has hinted that she might be returning to This Morning after impressing ITV bosses with her stand-in slots.

The Love Island star was one of several guest hosts who filled in this summer as regular presenters Cat Deeley and Ben Shephard enjoyed their summer breaks. She has now revealed that it could be "a repeat thing."

"I loved it and luckily they loved me, which was all I was worried about, because it doesn't matter if I like it, they don't like me," she said.

"They were happy, and I did the slots I had over summer, and from their side and our side, we would like it to be a repeat thing.

"It's just like now, I think they're going back into regular scheduling with Cat and Ben, so I think it's more just like where and when I could pop back in, and obviously around the other things I'm doing."

"But I loved it," she added.

Olivia, who was speaking as she promoted the upcoming second series of her ITV reality show Bad Boyfriends, also told how she loved working with This Morning's Dermot O'Leary.

"Dermot was just the dream to work alongside," she said. "Honestly, I have so much respect for him as a broadcaster."

"It was surreal," said the former TOWIE star. "But I really enjoyed it, so yeah, hopefully I'll be able to do a few more."

The star's other upcoming TV projects include The Heat, which is set to air next year.

It sees 10 ambitious chefs travel to Barcelona, where they work under Michelin Star award-winning chef Jean-Christophe Novelli, who is opening a summer restaurant in the city and is looking for a rising star.

Olivia, who is hosting the ITV series, thinks viewers will be gripped by the action inside and outside the kitchen.

"It's so different to anything else I've done," she said. "It's really really fun."

"That cast of young chefs are extremely impressive," she continued. "I think people are going to be locked in, because I was. I was blown away by them, honestly. They are incredible."

Olivia Attwood's Bad Boyfriends airs on Sunday September 14 at 9pm on ITV2 and ITVX.
