Love Island's Olivia Hawkins admits she "doesn't recognise" herself after getting her lip filler dissolved in a stunning transformation.
The reality TV star took to Instagram to gush about the results of the cosmetic procedure but admitted that it had been so long since she first got them done that she doesn't look like herself anymore and "can't get used to it".
Sharing a video on her Instagram, Olivia started by covering her mouth, but could still be heard saying: "I've had all of my lip filler dissolved. I'm actually so nervous to show you all but I'm really excited at the same time because I'm so happy with them!"
The Love Island and Celebs Go Dating star added that she had wanted to dissolve her lip filler for "the longest time" and that she hadn't seen her natural lips since 2021, when she first got the procedure done
Olivia then moved her hand to show off her new look. "Here they are," she announced. "This is so weird! I love it but I can't get used to it. Honestly, it's so weird. I'm looking at myself but I don't recognise myself because it's been so long. But I'm so happy with them."
Fellow Love Islanders flooded the comments with compliments for the star. Anna Vakili, from series five, commented that Olivia looks "beautiful", while this year's Casa bombshell Andrada Pop said she "love[s] it". Series ten winner Jess Harding said: "They look amazing wow!!!"
Olivia, who recently took part in the latest series of Celebs Go Dating, was first seen on screen in series nine of Love Island in 2023 and returned for series two of All Stars. In her first run on the hit ITV2 show, Olivia was coupled with several people, including the eventual winner Kai Fagan. During Casa Amor, she coupled up with Maxwell Samuda, but they were dumped from the island a few weeks later following a public vote.

In All Stars, Olivia met former Blazing Squad member Marcel Somerville, but the pair were once again dumped after a public vote. Marcel's series three ex Gabby Allen went on to win the spin-off show with Casey O'Gorman.
The 2023 Islander kept up to date with the recent series and said at the time: "I think it's been one of the most dramatic Love Island seasons I've ever watched. I've been on the edge of my seat, that's for sure, but I’ve thoroughly enjoyed it." She added that she didn't think any of the couples in the final would make it though.
This year's Love Island final featured four couples. The winners, Cash Mercer and Toni Laites are still together, as are runners-up Shakira Khan and Harry Cooksley. Angel Swift and Ty Isherwood, who came fourth, are also still going strong, but Yasmin Pettet and Jamie Rhodes are no longer together.
Fans started to speculate that Yasmin and Jamie had called it quits when rumours emerged that Yasmin had ditched her boyfriend at the National Television Awards to be with The Traitors hunk Freddie Fraser. The finalist took to social media confirm that they had split, but said it was before the NTAs.
This came weeks after Yasmin revealed that she and Jamie hadn't been intimate after leaving the villa. She explained that they were unable to progress their relationship as she was grieving the death of her cat Miaow Miaow.
"I’ve been going through grief and Jamie will just sit there when I cry on him," she told The Sun. "I’ve taken a lot of time to process my emotions, so Jamie and I haven’t been intimate yet."
