Police are probing the death of a woman who plummeted from a block of flats as a potential murder, with a manhunt now underway.
Hampshire Police have launched a murder probe after the woman, 25, fell from a block of flats on Cuckmere Lane, in Southampton, on Thursday.
Emergency services rushed to the scene after a call was placed to the ambulance service, but they were unable to save the woman, who suffered significant injuries and died in hospital on Friday. Her loved ones have been informed, and they are now receiving support from specialist police officers.

A Hampshire Police spokesperson said officers have launched an enquiry into the identity of a man who was at the property at the time of the incident.
They said: “Officers are pursuing lines of enquiry to identify a man within the property at the time of the incident. Officers remain at the address today as enquires continue and will be conducting patrols in the area."
Members of the public have been asked to report any concerns or information to Hampshire Police directly, either via the police non-emergency number 101 or via the service's online reporting tool.
