Coldplay were compelled to stop their performance twice as Chris Martin summoned medical assistance and security personnel.
The group interrupted their Wembley concert on Saturday evening during their hit Sparks before bringing it to a standstill once more.
Lead singer Chris attracted security's attention as he gestured towards the audience whilst bringing the rest of the band to a halt during their encore.
Medical staff and security personnel were observed entering the standing area of Wembley Stadium as a worried Chris watched on.
The audience began to cheer as they rushed over to assist the person requiring help, reportsThe Mirror.
Before continuing with the set after matters appeared under control, Chris enquired: "Does anyone else have any medical issues? Diabetes? Anything we need to know about?".
He succeeded in completing Sparks before a second emergency occurred in the crowd immediately afterwards.
As the lights illuminated the venue, Chris quipped: "Oh god, we are making people faint. It's your fault Guy for being so handsome that's what it is. Everyone fainting looking at our bass player."
Nevertheless, Chris became serious as he asked: "Are you guys okay, come on. We have got you, you are safe."
The vocalist guided the staff towards those requiring assistance as he stated: "I hope you feel better my brother. He is going to look after you pretty well. Okay, alright? You will be safe, just hang out backstage and we will look after you."
Addressing the remainder of the packed audience, Chris continued: "Thank you, thank you everybody for taking care of each other. That is amazing."
Coldplay are presently midway through their record-shattering 10-date stint at the national football stadium.
The group has surpassed the previous record held by Taylor Swift and Take That.
During their Music of the Spheres world tour, the band has been compelled to implement a significant alteration to two performances.
The group announced today that their concluding two performances of the monumental Wembley series have been rearranged.
They explained that Rail, Maritime And Transport (RMT) union members on the London Tube staging industrial action at various intervals from September 5 for seven days had rendered it impossible for the concerts to proceed on September 7 and 8.
A statement from the band shared on social media declared: "We're sorry to announce that, due to planned industrial action on the London Underground, we've been forced to reschedule our final two concerts of the current Wembley Stadium run.
"Without a Tube service, it's impossible to get 82,000 people to the concert and home again safely, and therefore no event licence can be granted for the nights of 7th and 8th September.
"To avoid cancelling the shows, our only option is to reschedule."
The band confirmed the show on September 7 would move to September 6 and the show on September 8 would move to September 12. Coldplay expressed their regret, stating: "We're very sorry for the inevitable disappointment, frustration and inconvenience that this situation causes."
The band confirmed that performances on August 31, September 3 and September 4 will proceed as planned.
A generous 10% of the band's earnings from the Wembley concerts will be donated to the Music Venue Trust, in a bid to support grassroots UK venues and emerging artists. Furthermore, the Wembley shows are set to be powered entirely by renewable energy, with no use of generators.
