Emmerdale teenager April Windsor (played by Amelia Flanagan) could makea grave error next week on the ITV soap, and there will be nothing Dylan Penders (Fred Kettle) can do about it. In upcoming scenes, April meets a young lad during a drug drop-off at a car park, but a patrolling police officer quickly notices her.

Hiding her true intentions, April is panicked when the officer insists on giving her a lift back to Emmerdale village. When she's dropped off in the village centre, Rhona Goskirk (played by Zoe Henry) is left confused. A guilt-ridden April makes excuses and Rhona is none the wiser. Meanwhile, Dylan is left nervous when drug dealer Ray Walters (Joe Absolom) meets up with him and tells him he's been having doubts about April's ability to keep quiet after her run-in with a police officer.

When Dylan asks what went awry with the drug drop off, he tells April about Ray's doubts.

She rages at being involved in Ray's twisted and criminal world, but Dylan mentions their plans to rent a flat together. However, she suddenly rushes out, leaving Dylan kicking himself over the suggestion.

The following day, when April sees with her own eyes just how much faith Dylan has in Ray, she feels bad for him.

Later on, Dylan gets a text from Ray, and the duo goes off to meet him. They are determined to talk about the drug deal.

When meeting Ray in a layby out of the village, a bold April stands up to him and forcefully asks when their debt will be wiped out.

But Dylan is concerned when Ray insists he only needs April before taking her off in the car.

Where will he take poor April, following her brave yet foolish actions? Could he end up teaching her a lesson - or worse - killing her? Both Dylan and April look as though Dylan will rule them forever at this rate.

Emmerdale airs on weeknights at 7.30pm on ITV and ITVX.
