Meghan Markle and Prince Harry may often fly on private jets these days, like many royals do, but this doesn't mean they are a stranger to commercial flights. While it is believed the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, who quit royal life in 2020, prefer more costly means of transport to give them their much-desired privacy and for safety reasons, Meghan has been seen before flying like the rest of us on a plane with hundreds of other people.
While no photographs were published of this, an American Airlines crew member once shared details of her sweet interaction with the former Suits actress, 44, online. A few months ago on Tiktok, a crew member under the name @ninavidavlogs on TikTok posted a story about Meghan being on a recent flight while she was working. Although she didn't reveal many details, she did say that Meghan was "so sweet".
She also shared that she joined other crew members in writing a note to Meghan, with Prince Harry's wife reciprocating this gesture.
Speaking on TikTok, crew member Nina said: "She was so sweet. She wrote us a little handwritten note back. So we wrote her note that said, "It's a pleasure of serving you. We love you real bad."
"And she wrote this note back that says, 'Dear AA Girlies, thank you for the love, hospitality, and handwritten note. You know me well."
"You know, I can barely read this cursive, but look at this handwriting: it's giving rich. It's giving expensive. It's giving princess."
As reported by MSN, Nina continued: "She also said she loved my nails and the captain on my last flight said they were intense. So, sir, it doesn't matter what you think. The Queen says she likes them."
In the TikTok, Nina briefly showed the note Meghan left the crew as evidence the interaction happened.
It is not known exactly when the flight was or where Meghan, who turned 44 last week, was going.
However, it is believed to be some time ago, with the duchess believed to often travel privately when she goes away, especially with Prince Harry, 40, and their children Prince Archie, six, and Princess Lilibet, four.
