Royal Family's GCSE grades ranked - and you'll never guess who's top

Teenagers up and down the country will be nervously receiving their GCSE results today, and will hopefully be left feeling relieved as they open their brown envelopes. Just like those students, members of the Royal Family went through the exact same thing and are certainly not exempt from the endless revision, exam nerves and the nail-biting wait for results.

Even though members of the family went to some of the best schools in the world, from Eton College to Gordonstoun School, that's not to say they were guaranteed record-breaking exam results. So just how did the likes of King Charles, Prince William and Princess Kate do in their GCSE's?

Here, the Daily Express takes a look at how the royals performed in their school exams.
