Samajwadi Party (SP) leader and former party treasurer Kaish Khan was caught hiding in the loft of his house in Kannauj , despite being ordered on July 28 to stay outside the district limits. The incident shows a clear violation of the official order meant to keep him out of the area.
The banishment order was formally issued by district authorities, explicitly prohibiting Khan from remaining within Kannauj's jurisdictional boundaries.
