A Canadian cafe owner, Luciano Frattolin , was charged with second-degree murder and also with unlawful disposal of a human body after his nine-year-old daughter Melina Frattolin was found dead in Ticonderoga, hours after her father reported an abduction to the police. The father was arrested when police found that there was no abduction and the story was cooked up by the father -- with many inconsistencies.
